OUR HISTORY & WHERE WE STARTED
In the early 1990s, high-level contracts were difficult to achieve without consolidation, acquisition, or “stacking” production across organizations. These methods often benefited acquiring IMOs—but rarely the IMO owners whose production created the opportunity in the first place.
Recognizing this imbalance, the founders saw a different path. By pooling production without merging ownership, IMOs could share the benefits traditionally reserved for much larger entities—while staying independent and in full control.
What began as a partnership between two principals became a movement, built on collaboration, integrity, and mutual respect among IMO owners who value their independence.
